Knowledge Collections
You can upload attachments to any chat, however for frequently accessed knowledge you can upload knowledge (attachments\text) for easier assess.
Knowledge can then be loaded quickly into any chat via the # command and selecting the knowledge collection. Knowledge can also be added to your Own Agents.
Note: Although PRIVATE, as always avoid uploading any sensitive or personal information, when using the cloud.
How to guide:
Open the Knowledge Studio from the Navigation Bar;

Select the Knowledge Tab, then select the + on the far right to create a new collection.


Then click the + on the far right to add documents/directory/text into the collection.

Once you see the "File(s) added successfully you can use your knowledge collection.

At any time within the chat window press # to select your knowledge with no need to wait for upload delays.
